• Ship the defect power supply with a readable return address to Tom Porcio, Bergsonstr. 40, 81245 Muenchen, Germany
• The power supply will be repaired within 2 business days and shipped back by DHL (after the payment)
• If the power supply is not broken, you pay only for shipping back (Germany: 6 Euro – EU: 16  Euro)
